5N Plus proprietary atomizing and classification technology can also be used to produce highly spherical powders from higher melting point alloys.

Product development and customer support

5N Plus Micro Powders has wide access to state of art instruments dedicated to microstructure and surface characterization of powders.

Our technology is perfectly adapted for metal and alloys having melting point ranging from 60 to ~1200°C.

Customized alloy composition can be produced with purity of 99.99% and higher (4N +). Product change over with extremely low inter-grade cross-contamination is performed in a timely manner.
